Service Description

Caller Identity displays the caller's number, so you know who's calling before you pick up the phone.

Benefits

When Subscriber A is in conversation with Subscriber B, if Subscriber C wants to have conversation with A, then a call waiting prompt will be given to A to prompt that another Subscriber is waiting for reply.

Do Not Disturb 

Service Description

The do-no-disturb service is a kind of “temporarily not receiving call” service. It is mainly used when a subscriber wants to prevent incoming call interference in a specific time period. When the subscriber has subscribed to this service, the telephone office will answer all incoming calls for him; but the subscriber’s outgoing call is not subject to the restriction.

 Allow the subscriber not to receive incoming calls in case he is busy or does not want to receive any call.

How to use

Speed Dial 

Service Description

The subscriber can register a short number of 1-2 digits to replace the original telephone number (it can be a local number, national toll number or an international number; the short number should include the prefix of the national toll number or the international toll number). When the subscriber dials the short number, the short number will be translated into the corresponding long number stored in the U-SYS. A subscriber can register 100 short numbers at most.

Service Description

Subscriber A will register & hang up, when subscriber B becomes ideal, A will hear ring tone when he\she pick up the call will be connected.

2.   You can carry on working and your phone will tell you when your call is ready thereby increasing productivity and reducing stress.

Call Forward Group (CFG)

Service Description

If the subscriber has registered the call forwarding unconditional service, then all calls will be forwarded to the number specified during the registration.

Benefits

1.   Program your calls to follow you where-ever you go; to any other fixed or mobile number. This service enables you to divert all your incoming calls to the number where you are, and thus enables your customers to contact you at anytime, anywhere, through one number only.

2.  Sales Team - provide this service for your sales team and save on expensive mobile calls. When this is paired with prepaid cards your sales team can maintain their mobility whilst you greatly reduce your overhead.

3.    Combined with mobile - for those of your team who you furnish with mobiles, ensure those important calls are not missed by diverting the office line calls to the mobile whilst they are out of the office.

4.   24 hours answer line - if your customers need to get you 24 hours a day you can nominate a member of your team to be on call without paying for them to be in the office. Simply use "CF" to divert the call to their home or mobile number.

Service Description

If a subscriber has subscribed to the hotline service and does not dial after hooking off for a specific period (five seconds, for example), then he will be automatically connected to the called number specified during his registration of the service. In the hotline service a subscriber registers, there can only be one called subscriber.

Service Description

This service refers to the outgoing call restriction. It can restrict all outgoing calls on the terminal.

Benefits

1.      Many companies decide not to have the convenience of mobile, national or international calls enabled on their phones in an attempt to control their staff from abusing their phone lines.

2.      Call barring enables you to still have the convenience of freely dialing these call types whilst a pin code protects you from other people running up large bills. You never need worry what sort of bill people are running up on your phone, because with Call Barring you decide which calls can be made.

3.      Save money by restricting other people from making certain types of phone calls (national, international or mobile calls), whilst you have the convenience of still making the calls yourself.

When a terminal is designated as the secretary station of a manager, all calls to the manager will be transferred to the secretary station and only the secretary can establish direct connection with the manager calls.

       Call Transfer (CT)

Service Description

This service enables the called to transfer the incoming call to a temporary subscriber, so as to establish connection with the new called.

Benefits

1.  Your caller does not have to ring off and dial a new number to speak to someone else in your company.

2.  No need for your colleague to come over and use your phone if you receive a call for them.

3. You can discreetly announce or explain a callers question before transferring them.

4. With Transfer to Busy, a caller can be transferred to a colleague who is busy on another call. If they do not become free after 40 seconds the call is represented to the extension that transferred the original call.

5.  With Enquiry Call you can privately ask a colleague a question during a call and relay the answer to your original caller.
