Required Documentation

For Prepaid Customers – Sudanese Residential

• Copy of a Valid ID – National ID number, Driving License, Passport, or a copy of any Governmental Syndicates ID Cards.

For Prepaid Customer – Non Sudanese Residential

• Copy of Passport only with Valid Visa.

For Prepaid Business - Business

• Copy of the Company Registration Document or copy of the rent of the company premises.
• Copy of the ID of the CCP.

For Postpaid Customers – Sudanese Residential

• Copy of Contract of Rent/owning the home.
• Copy of Valid ID where the name of the Valid ID compatible to the name mentioned in the contract.

For Postpaid Customer – Non Sudanese Residential

• Copy of Passport only with Valid Visa.
• Copy of Contract of Rent/owning the home.
• Letter Head from the company stating accountability and duration of residence of the expat.

For Postpaid Business – Sudanese Business

• Copy of the Company Registration Document
• copy of the rent of the company premises.
• Copy of the ID of the CCP.
• Letter head from the company stated that CCP is the only authorized person to deal with Canar in terms of any Telecom transactions with Canar.

For Postpaid Business – Non Sudanese Business

• Copy of the Company Registration Document
• copy of the rent of the company premises.
• Copy of the ID of the CCP and to be Sudanese.
• Letter head from the company stated that CCP is the only authorized person to deal with Canar in terms of any Telecom transactions with Canar.
• Financial Guarantee to be in place and to be determined by Canar on a case by case basis – to be determined by the Credit Control Team

New / Existing Telecenters

• Copy of the TC license or a copy of the rent of the TC quoting that this shop is rented to TC business.
• Copy of the TC owner Valid ID.
• 2 references to mentioned in the application form.
