You can go to Canar Shops( Addresses) or any Authorized Distributor’s POS ( Nearest one to his location) to subscribe to our services

 

  1. Which areas will be covered during your launch?

Khartoum, Khartoum North (Bahari) and Um Dorman, You have to specify your address in details to be able to tell you if your area is covered or not.

 

  1. What products and services will you be offering

We have innovative plans and attractive packages that suit different consumers’ needs

 

  1. Where would your retail stores be located?

Our stores are located in prime locations: Afra, Katerina, Bahari Kobar, Bahari Moassassa, Um Durman and our Head Office  as well the distributors POS in all areas of the capital.

 

  1. Will I be able to receive special numbers (good numbers)?

Yes, there will be plans to offer special numbers.

 

  1. What is your website address?

  1. I want to switch from Sudatel, are there any special offers?

There are no specials offers now; we offer competitive and innovative packages at reasonable prices.

                   

  1. What are your rates?

Our rates are competitive.

 

  1. What would be your international rates?

Our international rates are reasonable and competitive.

 

  1. Will I get the same service of Canar if I go to distributor or dealer?

Yes you will have same level of service, only postpaid service is not available in Distributors and Dealers POS at present.

 

  1. What would you be offering to the business sector?

There is a complete program for our business customers, please give me your contact details and one of our corporate department will call you to set an appointment with your good self.

 

  1. Will you be having shops in every city of Sudan ?

We will have shops in all the major cities of Sudan and through our authorized distributors; we plan to cover the entire country.

 

  1. What documents will I need to subscribe to your services?

You will need your identification card for prepaid service, and additional ….for postpaid service.

 

  1. I want to talk to higher management. (VIP Calling)

  1. I want to be a distributor what should I do?

Please send us your company profile by mail or by visiting our website where you can apply on line, also please give me your contact details to pass them to Distribution Department.

 

  1. I have a shop and  I want to sell Canar products, what shall I do ?

  1. How old do I have to be to subscribe to your services?

18 years of age.
 

  1. Where can I go and pickup the refill phone cards?

Cards will be available throughout Canar Shops, Distributors and Dealers’ POS.

 

  1. Will you be able to deliver the service to my residence without me going to your stores?

We have stores and authorized dealerships in all prime locations for your convenience. We ask you to kindly go to the nearest one to your residence to subscribe to our services as we need to verify the documents required for subscription with yourself.

 

  1. We live in small towns outside the city, how will we find out about your services?

We will be providing proper channels through which information concerning our products and services will be reaching people like yourself in secluded areas and much more in due course of time

 

  1. Would I be getting any gifts when I subscribe?

We aim to satisfy our customers and to provide the latest services.

 

  1. Will I be able to set limits on my post-paid subscription?

Yes, you will be able to do so.

 

  1. What is the difference between canar and Mobitel/Areeba?

Canar is a fixed line operator while Mobitel & Areeba are GSM Mobile operators.
