Canar Internet Services:

With Canar, voice and internet service is provided to you in one convenient bundle package, which means that you do not need to subscribe to each service separately and can use internet services, at any time.

Canar Internet Kit

To use internet service on your Canar plan, you will be required to purchase the Canar Internet Kit for your CDMA handset, which includes:

-      Installation CD: which will install the internet driver on to your personal computer or laptop

-      USB Data Cable:  which you will use to connect selected CDMA handset to your PC or laptop via USB port.

     Internet/Email User Name & Password:

 

-     Your Canar e-mail ID will also act as your user name for internet access. 

-     If you have more than 1 Canar e-mail, your first e-mail configured will be considered as the primary internet user name.  Any change to your Canar email ID will automatically change your internet user name.

-      At the time of activation, you will receive a sealed envelope containing passwords for your Canar internet and email access, from the customer service executive at the Canar shop

-      You can also change your internet and/or email password, at www.canar.sd , free of cost.

Using Internet From Your Canar Bundle Plan:

After you have completed installation of driver on to your computer, please follow the simple steps to use internet services from your Canar bundle plan

 

-      Please make sure that the data cable is connected

-      Create a dial up connection via USB on your computer

-      Please use #777 as dial up number

-      Enter your user name and password (provided in sealed envelope)

-      Dial and connect to the internet

Internet will be charged on as per your Canar tariff plan.

 

Canar E-mail:

Free email@canar.sd is provided to you as per your tariff plan.  You can have your Canar e-mail activated and configured by speaking to your customer services executive at the Canar shop. 

Your Canar email comes with the following advance features:

-      Latest Norton anti-virus & anti-spam

-      Your very own customizable settings, available at www.canar.sd

-      Web email access at www.canar.sd

 

Canar E-mail ID:

You can choose your Canar e-mail ID

You can also change your Canar email ID at any time, for a nominal one-time fee of SD 300, from the Canar shop.

 

Additional Canar Email 

Additional 50 MB Canar e-mail accounts can also be requested at the Canar shop, and will be charged as per your Canar tariff plan.

Please note that if for any reason you stop using Canar Bundle plan services, your Canar email will automatically be deleted 3 months afterwards, from our server.
