Tariff info:

1. All price are in Sudanese Pound (SDG)
2. Outgoing calls are charged per minute.
3. Internet is charged per minute.
4. Free monthly voice minutes are applicable for within Canar only.
5. Free voice minutes, internet hours are to be consumed within the month. Any unused will not rollover to the next month.

Friends & Family:

At Canar, we know that staying in touch with your friends, family and loved ones is important.

Friends & Family (F&F) provides an additional discount when you call to selected numbers.

With your Prepaid 25, you can select as Friends & Family numbers

1. 1 Canar F&F number
2. 1 non-Canar F&F number

And receive a further 15% discount when calling to these numbers.

Entering or changing your Friends & Family numbers:

Please call 1516, select friends and family and follow instructions.

First time entry of Canar F&F numbers is free. However, you will be charged a fee of 1 Piaster each time you change your Friends & Family numbers.

Refreshing Your Canar Prepaid Account:

Canar Scratch Cards:

You can refresh your prepaid accounts through Canar scratch cards which are available in affordable denominations of:

1. SDG 10
2. SDG 20
3. SDG 35

Canar cards are available at all Canar shops; Canar authorized dealers and retail outlets throughout Sudan.

Easy steps to refresh your prepaid account with Canar scratch card:

1. Please scratch panel to reveal your secret number
2. Dial 1516 from your Canar line, free of cost
3. Listen to the voice prompt and follow instructions
4. Your account will now be credited with amount mentioned on card

Over-The Counter Refresh

You can also get your prepaid account recharged Over-The-Counter at the nearest Canar shop, for any flexible amount above 2 Piaster.

Charging Other Canar Prepaid Accounts

You can also recharge any other Canar prepaid account.  Surprise your friends or family, with a gift recharge.  To recharge other Canar prepaid accounts, please call 1516, select option and follow voice instructions.

Checking Your Prepaid Balance

                                        
You will automatically receive a text alert, informing of balance deducted after each voice call or internet usage.  However, if you wish to check your current prepaid balance, please dial 1516, select option and follow voice instructions.

No Validities – Your Prepaid Connection 4 Ever!

Good news, there are no validity periods on prepaid 25.  You can receive incoming calls for life.  Simply refresh your account to use voice and internet services.  We recommend you to regularly refresh your account to have sufficient balance, in order to keep on enjoying Canar’s voice and internet services.
